Lana Del Rey is clarifying her comments about death after being called out on Twitter by Frances Bean Cobain.
The 21-year-old daughter of late Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain blasted Lana for "romanticizing" the death of young musicians in a recent interview with The Guardian. The paper quoted Lana as saying, "I wish I was dead already."
The singer has now responded to Frances' tweets, saying she admires Frances' father "because he was talented, not because he died young." Lana also blamed the reporter who interviewed her for asking leading questions and said she agreed with Frances. She said doesn't find "that part of music glam either."

@alka_seltzer666 the other half of what I said wasn't really related to the people he mentioned/ I don't find that part of music glam either— Lana Del Rey (@LanaDelRey) June 23, 2014
Lana's new album Ultraviolence was released last week, and is expected to top the Billboard 200 chart.
